A user can have access to multiple catalogs with each having their own libraries which the user can submit symbols to. The Catalog Administrator using the Catalog Dashboard inside the Registry Portal specifies which catalogs and permissions a specific cataloger has access to and who can approve imports into the libraries of specific catalogs.
