Registry Portal

The registry portal is used to administer the component registry entries on the platform. It is administered by the Catalog and Repository administrators from within their respective dashboards containing the relevant utilities.

Repository Dashboard

The repository admin user can access the repository dashboard (navigation bar) which contains all views and utilities that are relevant to administration of the repositories which are the following :

Repository Registry : The utility that builds and registers the repositories and their security keys on the platform

Repository Request : The utility that makes a formal request for the creation of a repository for an organization

Repository Profiler : The utility that generates and configures a repository SQL and REST Web Service template

Template Download : Download history of the repository SQL and Web Service templates for security reasons

Studio Registry : The utility that builds and registers the studio apps and their application keys on the platform

Studio Download : Download history of the Studio Publisher application recording who and when was it done

Catalog Dashboard

The catalog admin user can access the catalog dashboard which contains all the views and utilities that are relevant to administration of the catalogs which are the following :

Cataloger Registry : The utility that builds and registers the cataloger apps and security keys on the platform

Cataloger Download : Download history of the Cataloger applications indicating who and when it was done

Cataloger : The utility facilitates catalogers with access to specific catalogs and specify privileged permissions

Admin History : The utility that facilitates the administrator to search and browse through their admin activity

Sessions : The utility that facilitates searching and browsing the work history of the platform symbol catalogers

Workstations : The utility that facilitates a catalog manager to register workstations for the symbol catalogers

Intrusion History : The utility that facilitates searching and viewing failed logins and causes for security reasons

In-Trays : The utility that facilitates assigning tasks and monitoring the work progress of the platform catalogers

Task History : The utility that facilitates search for and browsing of the administrators history in assigning tasks

Requests : View of repository requests for creation of symbols with a url of the actual symbol images archive

Assign Requests : Assigning the symbol creation requests to specific catalogers to process the symbol images

Send Catalog : Utility facilitating sending of symbols to a repository symbol library for approval and importing

Send History : Utillity facilitating the search and browsing of instances when symbols were sent to repositories
