The Repository Portal is used to administer the Organization profile and its SVG repositories on the platform. When a user is logged in they have access to the Organization Dashboard. There a listing of its SVG Repositories feature. If they are defined as a user with a specific role in a repository it feature in the listing for them to access its dashboard.
The organization dashboard utilities are strictly accessible by the manager that needs to use them to control platform access for their principal users and monitor activity on the platform.
Repositories : List of the organizations repositories the manager can access to fulfil roles with certain capacities
Users : List of all the organizations principal users that the repository manager is responsible for administrating
Workstations : List of organizations users workstation profiles that the repository manager will be administrating
Activity : A search utility used to inspect the users activity on the platform for administrative and security purposes
The dashboard has all the designers and views to monitor and maintain a repositories users, tasking and content. Access to the dashboard views and utilities are role based from manager down to guest so that they can only access and utilise functionality dictated by their mandate. Only the manager has access to all the utilities and views.
Users : Repository user accounts of principal users that perform specific roles within the scope of a repository
Time Line : Project with Tasks and Notes along a variable timeline that displays according to variable intervals
Projects : Utility where all projects with tasks and their notes can be created and assigned to users in-trays
In-Trays : Users work in-trays whereby the overall work progress of their tasks and notes can be monitored
Sessions : The users activity within the tasking, linguistic model and graphic model editors can be scrutinized
Finalizer : Utility for absolute security that can lock to deny any updating of a visual entity in the graphic model
Intrusions : A security utility that can access the failed logins history featuring relevant statistics for the failure
Black List : A security utility whereby intrusion hack attempts can be tracked and allow IP and user blacklisting
Intrusion Tester : Emulator that triggers logging with IP and User blocking to test the security of the repository
Linguistic Model : The designers that are used to create the narrative and symbolism graphics specifications
Articles : The designer used to publish substantial bodies of text that is to be appended to graphic compositions
Android App : A utility to register android applications on the repository application registry to access channels
Web Sites : A utility to register websites in the repository website registry to allow access to website channels
Repository : A utility to set the repository name and view statistical information on its visual elements catalogs
Narrative Browser : A view comprised of an expandable tree menu to navigate the repository linguistic model
Graphics Console : A view that navigates and shows all the symbols, symbologies and contexts in the repository
Web Channel : A view displaying a web channel that can be embedded into a website registered in the repository
Is comprised of views accessed from the left navigation bar where a user can access utilities directly relevant to them as a user
My In-Trays : A utility featuring the In-Trays that the user has in repositories where the user performs specific roles
My User : A utility view that sets the e-mail and password of the user account with the link to their personal profile
My Person : A utility that maintains the demographic and contact information of their personal profile
Studio Download : A button to trigger a Studio App (and App Key) download to their local workstation
My Activity : A utility view only accessible by a manager to search and browse their activity history in the platform
Chat : A view where the user can create their own chat rooms and invite other users to join them for conversations
HTML and PDF manuals on the platform are accessible from the navigation bar. They are printable to A4 landscape pages which explain in detail about the purpose and operation of services and utilities within the platform and which roles can access them.
